➊Shipping Information
Processing Time
·Standard orders: 1–5 business days from order placement.
·Custom or video services: processed and sent within 1 week.
Delivery Time
·Packages typically arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
·Once shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch email (check spam/junk if you don’t see it).
·Tracking may take 2–4 days to appear in the carrier system. Delivery times may vary by location.

North America
-United States
-Canada: The recipients full name must be provided; abbreviations or only a first or last name are not allowed. in addition, for the same recipient, only one order per week is accepted. we apologize for any inconvenience caused by strict Canadian customs regulations.
-Mexico
Europe
-France, United Kingdoms, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary,Norway, Luxembourg,Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatias
-Sweden, Denmark, Finland:Some carriers only offer delivery via pick-up (pick-up points or lockers). Recipients must provide accurate and complete contact information to avoid delivery failure.
-Poland: Pack station addresses are only supported in Warsaw,
- Portugal: PO BOX addresses are not accepted.
-Greece: PO BOX addresses are not accepted.
-Switzerland : lf a recipient's total parcels received in one day exceed 62 CHF, customs will charge the recipient additional VAT and duties.
-Ireland: We do not accept large orders with a size of up to 2 Lucky Scoops per package.

Customs and Duties
For U.S. orders, all customs fees are covered; no additional duties or taxes will be charged.
➋Order & Delivery Issues
Damaged or Defective Items
·Take a photo or video of the item and packaging upon opening.
·Send it with your order details to mangomeowshop@outlook.com within 3 days.
·We’ll review and assist with a replacement or refund if applicable.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the unique nature of our products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after the order is processed.
Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Requests must be made within 30 minutes via email to mangomeowshop@outlook.com
After that, all orders are final.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows‘delivered’but you didn’t receive the package, please contact USPS.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Contact us immediately if you need to update your address before shipment.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.
